Mikaela Welti (BExSpSc MDiet)
Mikaela is an accredited practising Dietitian (APD) who obtained her Masters of Dietetics and Bachelor of Exercise Sports Science, majoring in Nutrition and Health Coaching, from Deakin University. As a dietitian, qualified personal trainer, elite level athlete and health coach, Mikaela upholds a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
Over the years Mikaela has developed a special interest in body re-composition coaching, sports nutrition and weight loss coaching.
Mikaela believes that exercise and nutrition is at the centre of both good and poor health. Time and time again research has shown that good nutrition is at the heart of disease prevention with poor dietary intake playing a major role in heart disease, cancer, obesity, diabetes, stroke and gastrointestinal conditions. Mikaela became a dietitian and personal trainer to help people avoid going to hospital. She loves assisting people reach their health, fitness and lifestyle goals, no matter how big or small they are.

“Health is a journey, not a destination,” and for those who have travelled before, you would know that a journey requires a desire, a thorough plan, an investment and an openness to face unexpected bumps in the road.
